We take extra care to make sure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition; beautiful, well-packed, and ready to enjoy. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be packed and shipped early the following week.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers to ensure your chocolate gets to you quickly and safely. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the time of year.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because chocolate is sensitive to heat, we may add insulation or ice packs during warmer months. We recommend choosing a faster shipping option if temperatures are high in your area.

Local Pickup

If you’re nearby, you can select local pickup at checkout and swing by our Livingston factory store to grab your order in person.
