Eggnog isn't for everyone but when you love it you LOVE IT. And we happen to be the people who love it—especially with a little bourbon.

To make this chocolate we infused cocoa butter with an oaky bourbon. Once dried, we ground it with classic white chocolate ingredients (whole milk and sugar). To give it the eggnog holiday taste we added vanilla, nutmeg AND real egg yolk for that special custardy flavor. Lastly we topped it with organic cocoa nibs for a little crunch.

Note: there is no actual alcohol in this bar, just the flavor infused into it :)
